Which function is needed by end users in home automation?We collected top 3 of
them and following is the details.
The first function is controlling
remotely no matter where I am. The feeling is no good that I must go to find a
screen installed on wall when I need to turn on light or check temperature.
It’s fantastic if smart phone can be the replacement to control all
lights,appliances and other devices. This is home automation in smart.
The second function is one touching
to activate many devices remotely. It seems very simple but end users need DIY
this “one touching” themselves instead of engineer. No one likes to be binding
by other people especially in their house and no engineer will help if end user
need something new or changing in evening.
The third function is activating
automatic.Light turns on if I open door and turn off if close. Air conditioner
adjusts temperature inside based on real temperature. Not only this function,
but also it can be setted and modified by user easily. Complex setting and hard
code is not acceptable by users.
